Strategic Conversation Lab provides software applications and tools designed to integrate with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) APIs to facilitate communication, data management, and operational workflows.

Because our services interact directly with Meta platforms, your use of our applications requires compliance with Meta's own policies. By using our services, you also acknowledge and agree to comply with:

• The Facebook Terms of Service
• The Instagram Terms of Use
• Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies

When using our services, you agree that you will not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Transmit any harmful code, malware, or viruses through our platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, user accounts, or connected Meta assets.
• Use our service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content.

All software, design, text, graphics, and other content within the Strategic Conversation Lab platform are the intellectual property of PT. Sebuah Cerita Legenda. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our application in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT. Sebuah Cerita Legenda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms or Meta's Developer Policies. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after those revisions become effective constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
