  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and device information when you access our platforms.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to provide and improve our services to you. Specifically, we use your data to:

  • Facilitate the core functionality of the Strategic Conversation Lab application.
  • Manage your connected Meta assets (Pages, Instagram accounts) as authorized by you.
  • Respond to customer service requests and provide technical support.
  • Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with legal obligations. Access tokens and Meta-specific data are stored securely and refreshed or deleted in accordance with Meta's developer guidelines.

To request the complete removal of your data from our systems, please send an email to hello@conversationlab.id with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request and permanently delete your data from our servers within 7 business days.
